Memo (ADMEMO1.STY)
Use this style sheet to create a memo bearing your company name and logo. This style sheet is perfect for interoffice communications or for dashing off brief, personal messages to selected customers.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
You can replace the grey shaded frame with your company logo or you can delete it if you don't want to use a logo.
The placeholder text for your product, service, or specialty is contained in a frame. To replace this text with your own information, double click anywhere on the text. Ami Pro will move the text insertion point inside the frame so you can edit text. If you
don't want to use this as a footer on the first page, you can delete the frame.
This is the Body Text style (F2). Use it to type the main body of the memo. It automatically skips a line between every paragraph.

The date in this memo is the System Date. Ami Pro updates the date every time you open or save a document created with this style sheet. If you want to fix the date so that it doesn't change and always shows the date you wrote the memo, complete the followi
ng steps before you save the memo: 1) select the entire date, 2) choose Edit | Insert | Date from the menu, and 3) select Today's Date and click OK.
@Bullet List@This is the Bullet List style (F7). Use it to type lists of items. It automatically skips a line between paragraphs. To change the bullet character, choose Style | Modify Style and select Bullets and Numbers (or in Ami Pro 2.0, Special Effects).
@Number List@This is the Number List style (F8). Use it to type lists when you want each item numbered. It automatically skips a line between paragraphs.
@Number List@This style is set to start renumbering at 1 every time a list is interrupted by a new paragraph style. To change the renumbering criteria, choose Style | Outline Style and select the appropriate Reset option.
@Indented Text@This is the Indented Text style (F9). Use it when you need to line up text below a bulleted or numbered paragraph.
The footer below is in a frame and appears only on the first page. A page number appears in the header of every page, starting with page 2.
